The ASSETT team has access to over 300 individuals that can be applied to this IDIQ task order work effort. This contract identifies 24 key individuals, who have proven leadership and expertise in the 12 functional areas. Fourteen of these individuals have over 20 years of experience supporting the Navy in the design, development, production, and support of products and systems. Members of this team have led major initiatives within the Navy such as the transition to open systems and the use of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technologies. They have also defined innovative approaches for upgrades such as the Advanced Processing Build (APB) process and supportability such as that used for the Acoustic Rapid COTS Insertion Program

Small Business Prime. Established in 2001. Has Offices in Zones 2 and 4. Holds contracts in Zones 1 and 2. ASSETT has personnel with the expertise and skills that result from supporting NAVSEA/Warfare Centers since the 1970s. Its knowledge and experience base covers all submarine classes, all submarine sonar systems and the AN/BSY-1, AN/BSY-2, and VIRGINIA Class combat systems. Strong in systems engineering and life cycle systems support, ASSETT also has the seasoned management personnel to provide solid prime and subcontract program management.

Progeny Systems Corporation provides high quality services to the United States Navy, Air Force, DARPA, and corporate customers. Progeny's management and technical staff average 15 years' experience with NAVSEA/Warfare Centers.

In addition, nLink is a key subcontractor to EDS for NMCI in the Pacific Northwest.

Established in 1991. Has offices in Zone 7. MACROsystems is a premier web development and IT services firm that is certified by the Small Business Administration as a Small-Disadvantaged Business and as an 8(a) contractor. MACROsystems is also a Microsoft Certified Partner with an experienced team of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers and Certified Solution Developers. MACROsystems provides technology services, web development, database development, design, marketing and IT support to many government agencies such as the Air National Guard, the Department of Navy, Microsoft, and Washington Lottery among others.

Rite-Solutions has demonstrated technical and management expertise in research and development, systems engineering, software engineering, modeling, simulation, analysis, Information System (IS) development, Information Assurance (IA), Information Technology (IT), interoperability, test and evaluation, trials support, training, fleet introduction, installation and checkout, program support, and administrative support.
