ASSETT, Inc. is committed to delivering quality products to all of our Government and Commerical
customers. In order to provide a consistent and effectgive quality program, ASSETT has implemented
the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) level 2 processes and procedures.
Included in these procedures is the ASSETT Quality Assurance Manual. Highlights of the ASSETT quality
assurance program include:
Appointment of a Quality Assurance Manager that reports directly to the ASSETT President and is
responsible for quality assurance activities within ASSETT
ASSETT Executive Quarterly project/quality reviews of all company operations (metrics are used
as appropriate to provide a qualitative assessment of quality)
Quality review of all formal customer deliverables (Quality Assurance Manager reviews of each
contractual deliverable)
Separate quality assurance plans for major projects
Quality training (including on the job and process training as required)
Customer satisfaction (resolution of customer complaints)
