ASSETT believes in "giving back" to the
community, both as a company and as individual citizens; therefore we work
together to support local and national causes. Here are a few examples of
recent projects.
ASSETT is a Founding Benefactor of the Hylton Performing Arts Center at the

ASSETT is a
corporate sponsor of the Manassas Symphony Orchestra, the premier
all-volunteer community service orchestra in the Manassas and Prince William

ASSETT sponsored a team in the 23rd Annual Kiwanis Club of Bull Run Charity Golf Tournament in August. A team selected from employees at ASSETT, as shown in the picture [from left-to-right Dave Brooks, Jim Cahill, Tony Almond, and Bill Lyders.] participated together in the tournament. The tournament was a traditional Captain’s Choice event with many local business sponsors and 31 sponsored teams competing.
Members of the ASSETT team are also active in
helping the community as individuals; for example, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, George
Dasher, serves on the Board of Directors for the Piedmont United Way and
the Culpeper School Board.
